Saturday was my one year Japanniversary. Traditionally(in Western tradition at least), the first year anniversary is marked by a gift of some type of paper good. Japan and I decided that we will honor this tradition, but we will exchange washi and origami. My gift to myself will be a new tatoo. Which year is the "skin" anniversary?
