My obsession with these magical creatures began when I saw some real ones on holiday in Shikoku. Since then I've decided that the best way to stay in Japan visa-wise is to catch a tanuki, have it shape shift into a J-boy that will fall madly in love with me and marry me, thus securing my position in Japan and guaranteeing that I will never have to work again. That or I could keep teaching English.
